Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable, as supplies and rentals are reserved in advance.
  
  

• If you cancel your picnic more than 48 hours before your scheduled event, you will not owe the remaining balance.
  
  

• If you cancel within 48 hours, the full balance is still due and is non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling.
  
  

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
  
  

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  
  

• Reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
  
  

Weather & Emergencies

• In case of inclement weather, we offer the option to:
  
  

  • Reschedule your picnic to a later available date
    
    

  • Relocate to a client-provided indoor or covered location
    
    

• If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be credited toward a future picnic within 6 months.
  
  

Public Spaces & Regulations
If you choose a public space, please be aware that rules vary by location, especially regarding alcohol, dogs, and other amenities. We encourage you to review the park or beach’s specific use regulations and follow them accordingly.

To help preserve these spaces, we kindly ask that you avoid bringing:

• 🚫 Confetti
